General Shipping Information

Alcatraz Seafoods® and AlcatrazSeafoods.com™ are not in the business of inflating shipping charges. We use a variety of reliable refrigerated ground and air shippers, our own dedicated fleet of trucks as well as FedEx Priority Over Night (upon request). Orders ship as close to scale rate as possible. This means that we don't unnecessarily mark-up or inflate our shipping fees! In most cases your order is packed, weighed, and shipped-out the same day. We do recommend a one day "skip-day", however for regular route customers. A "skip day" enables our route customers to add on additional items that may have been over looked when placing your order.

Local

In the Santa Rosa, Lake County, Sacramento and North Bay Area local route schedules are available and may be delivered by our own vehicles. Minimal delivery fees and/or fuel surcharges may apply. Call our Customer Support team for local delivery schedules and availability.

Next Day

Next Day shipping is required on all fresh and frozen products and combined orders of fresh/frozen and shelf-stable products ordered through our website. Orders placed by 12:00 PM (PST) will be shipped same-day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) will be packed and shipped the next business day. Please select the appropriate "Shipping Method" at check-out to avoid additional charges to your Credit Card.

Use our online tracking feature below for expected arrival times or to locate your order. A tracking number was Emailed to you when your order shipped, provided you furnished us with a valid Email address. If you do not know your tracking number please call our distribution facility at (707) 579-0679 (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM pacific time, M-F).
