Returns/Damage All return requests must be made with the driver at point of delivery and be accompanied with a valid reason and explanation for return (i.e. spoilage, suspected tampering, etc.). Quality control is of utmost importance to us at Alcatraz Seafoods and we assure you that all items left our plant in good condition. Please alert your driver if you have any concerns or special handling requirements upon delivery. Never use any product that you suspect may have been tampered with in any way. Refrigerate product immediately upon receipt. Some of our products require "use by" marking. Follow instructions carefully and mark as required.
